We’re delighted to announce the continued expansion of our business with the addition of three new members to the Unlock team.

Rob Sparrow joins us after spending 3 years with Sphero managing and developing their distribution, online and retail strategies across EMEA. Rob previously spent 8 years with Widget distribution prior to their acquisition by CMS. He brings an impressive contact network and significant experience of online retail.

Darren Payton is former Head of Sales for Reach Robotics, having previously held a senior role at Widget then subsequently CMS distribution. He brings 10 years commercial experience and was instrumental in launching brands like Fitbit, Pebble and Tile to the UK and European market.

As well as expanding the EMEA team we’re excited to launch Unlock APAC with the addition of Aurélien Joly, based in Hong Kong. Aurélien spent 4 years building the partner network for Native Union in Asia Pacific, before starting his own consultancy business launching other Consumer Electronics brands. Since joining Sphero almost 5 years ago he has continued to develop his network, and his expertise. Aurélien is not only an additional member of the team he brings a whole new market to our business.

This is an exciting time for Unlock EMEA and means we can add even more value to our brand partners. We look forward to working closely with Rob, Darren and Aurélien in the coming months and we wish them every success in their new roles.
